I asked ‘WTF is a German Lodge Manual’ after the introduction of The Glass Bead Game: Master Ludi referenced the afore mentioned book as having been based off of the style of a German lodge manual.
The german part is qualitative as i presume there are lodge manuals for any number of groups of pledged members.
Perhaps they impart a more magical, mystical way of viewing the ins and outs of everyday life. A suggested viewing manyal for an outlook on life.
