I spoke to the Lady Robot.
She gatekeepers for the Live Male representatives.
She was real polite
de-spite how busy she seemed.
I could hear her
Typing faux clicks for my patience’s benefit.
She took none
of my frustration person-ally;
but, I found the situation a bit frustrating.
Being defragged before speaking to someone actually.
